 Pinckney District Banquet-Feb 8, 2010!  RSVP Now!

Time for the annual Pinckney District Banquet. We have changed the date to accommodate the location schedule. It will be Monday, February 8th 2010 at 7:00 pm. Please mark your calendars! We will be giving out awards and going over the district's goals for the year. We will be getting together at CJ's in Boiling Springs and the cost for the meal will be $12 per person. CJ's located at the corner of Old Furnace Rd. and Peach Tree Rd.  If you have never eaten there you are in for quite a treat!  CJ's is southern cooking at it's best! Please contact Morgan at the Scout office to pay in advance - the deadline is Jan 31st. This will be a buffet style dinner and the waitstaff will be there to serve. This is sure to be a lot of fun and we will have the building to ourselves as CJ's is closed on Mondays. Ms. CJ was kind enough to allow us to use her facilities without charging any rentals fees, which is wonderful because we normally have to pay.  Please spread the word to those who may not be signed up for our e-mail blasts

The District Needs YOU!

Pinckney District needs your active support and participation!  The growth in the Spartanburg & Cherokee resulted in a split of districts left our newly formed district short on Committee members & Commissioners.  We need many jobs filled...you do not have to be a long term Scouter to serve!  Review Open Positions and Contact Us for more information.

Online Learning & Training Videos
BSA offers Online Learning Portal and we have also added many of the standard BSA videos for viewing directly from our site...all designed to help Scouters improve leadership skills and deliver a quality program.
